looking for the best hosting company, with web hosting services to use on a new web site i’m buiding. any good suggestions?

I am in no way affiliated w/ web hosting pad.com but they are by far the best hosting company. 1.99 a month and they are as reliable as startlogic and blue host (I have had previous stints with these companies). They are also very helpful and they dont hire novices for CS. Never have I not talked to a native speaker. They dont outsource to India so thats good. If you can find a better deal please post it.
