As a web designer and developer, HostMonster is by far my favorite web host. The main reason for this, is that HostMonster has a perfect balance of price, quality, and features. Actually Hostmonster has pretty much every feature you could possibly need for a small to medium sized business or individual website. They have a great backend control panel, called cPanel, which really makes it easy to maintain your website. With Hostmonster, you can easily add other domains to your web hosting account, check and set up your email accounts, manage FTP information, browse website statistics, and install 3rd party software like WordPress or Drupal.

As I mentioned before, price is another reason why I like Hostmonster. They are affordably priced around $5.95 each month. For those of you that are new to Hosting, support is always a good feature to have and Hostmonster has great support. Their support team is always very friendly and helpful. Hey guys, I am starting my own web design service website. I’m pretty new to websites. I mean i know how to build them, but do not have much experience with web hosting yet. This is my first time launching my website onto a web host. I know both HostMonster and GoDaddy are very popular. What do you think about the two? Which web host should i sign up with? Right now we’re using Network Solutions, and we’ve noticed that the email can be really slow and it takes a long time for messages to transfer. We also require remote MYSQL connections.
